No Returns due to Covid-19, for non damaged or faulty products.

If a product was damaged or faulty upon delivery, we will offer a 100% refund (to the original method of payment) or exchange for a new product. This is only valid within 14 days after your order was delivered.

For returns or exchanges of damaged or faulty products, please email returns@fineforever.com. Please include your name, order number and reason for return or refund.

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect on your payment method once we have received the item.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. Please be sure to get proof of postage/tracking number when returning products.
